The agency was formed in 1960 in Johannesburg, South Africa, and was called Don Hughes Entertaiments.
Maurice Fresco and Josie Broude joined the agency in 1970. The name changed to Entertainment Assocaites in 1993.
The Agency became the biggest entertainment agency in Southern Africa, booking entertainers into all of the major hotel chains country wide.
In 1995, the Agency started sending local bands to Hong Kong and China, thereafter Casablanca, Morocco, Algiers and Egypt, and booking booking to major hotels in the Gulf, namely Dubai, Abu-Dhabi, Al-Ain, Bahrain, Doha, Qatar and Muscat.
We also books local entertainment, including bands, speakers / MC's, classical musicians, cabaret artistes, comedians, African traditional shows, to hotels, large corporate and private functions.
