She had the honour of singing for both outgoing and incoming presidents when she sang for Thabo Mbeki at his Christmas Dinner and for Nelson Mandela at his 80th Birthday celebrations at Gallagher Estates, Midrand. To her credit Gloria has sung with myriad artists all of whom represents the African Jazz Renaissance of which she is a huge part. She has shared the stage with the likes of Sibongile Khumalo, Moses Molelekwa, Tananas, Sipho Mabuse, Vusi Mahlasela, James Phillips, Victor Masondo and Hugh Masekela to name only a few.

Internationally, Helene has worked in Australia, London and 6 months in Turkey at the famous “Seven Seas” Hotel Resort, the Al Bustan Palace Hotel, (Al Maha Jazz Bar), Muscat, Sultanate Of Oman.

She has just completed a 6 weeks run at Caesars Casino and 3 week cabaret on the passenger liner Olympia countess.


Jennifer Jones Cape Town
Fresh, young and talented Jennifer Jones is one of the most dynamic female vocalists in the South African music industry today. The beginning of her career, took her onto the Sun International Circuit as front person and lead singer with trio Nuff Zed. It was during this period that Jennifer’s musical range and ability was widely extended, the touring and performances serving as a useful learning experience for a future solo career.

Juanita Kruger Johannesburg
Juanita Kruger was educated at the University of Natal, Durban. She made her professional debut in 1987 in “It’s Better with A Band” directed by the late Geoffrey Sutherland. A number of revues followed, and in 1991 she shared the lead role with Kate Normington in “My Fair Lady”. She continued to work in musicals, pantomimes and revues for Napac as well as in corporate theatre. In addition she did much work as a session singer and jingles vocalist. In 1993 she played the lead role in the national touring version of “Oklahoma!” This was followed by Maria in the “Sound of Music” for Napac, “Tropical Rhythm”, “New York State of Mind”, “Broadway Babes” in Stellenbosch, ”Hair” at the Johannesburg Civic Theatre, “The Best of the Best” and “Heaven Can’t Wait” at the Theatre on the Track and the “Magic of Walt Disney” for the Peoples Theatre.

Judith Sephuma Johanesburg
She’s worked on the cruise liner ‘Princess Symphony’ with Jazz pianist, Gerry Spencer & participated in the Fin de Siecle Festival at Nantes, France as the lead vocalist of the band Taola. Also involved in radio voice-overs and jingles and cast for an educational programme for teenagers.

Sibongile Mngoma Johannesburg
Oratorio work includes Handel’s Messiah, Rossini’s Stabat Mater, Mozart Requiem, Brahms’ Requiem Mass, Mozart’s Coronation Mass, Purcell’s Pulcinella, Khumalo’s UShaka kaSenzangakhona in which she was the soprano soloist for the Sony Music CD recording. She also sang with Abel Motsoadi at the Grahamstown Festival, and appeared in the Debut with Mimi Coertze. Choral works include solo appearances at the Caltex Massed Choir Festivals, both in Cape Town and Johannesburg, SABC concerts and The Last Night of the Proms in Durban, Pietermaritzburg , Johannesburg and Cape Town. She took part in the Two Nations Celebrate concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London. She also performed at an international conference in Cannes. At the beginning of 1997 she was one of the three soloists in Pact’s Rodgers and Hammerstein concerts. She was also a soloist in the Johannesburg’s Civic Theatre’s Andrew Lloyd-Webber in Concert series which ran for six weeks. She wrote and performed in the show Woza! A celebration of SA Musicals at the Johannesburg Civic Theatre. She presented a Voice/Piano Recital at the State Theatre, Pretoria with Russian pianist Galina Ryjikova.

In September 2003 he was invited to USA by Jennifer Abubakar, the wife of Vice President of Nigeria to sing at a benefit concert in Washington DC (for HIV Aids orphans and an illness called Norma (which is similar to leprosy in Africa) and he returned in November 2003 from touring Dubai,Hong Kong and Paris.

He has been a favourite for doing the Debswana functions in Botswana. He has received quite a lot of compliments from the people he has done work for and is also receiving invites from different companies and the marketing is through word of mouth.

Joseph is doing “quite a lot” of corporate singing and voice-overs for radio and television. (He was M-Net’s Action Attraction Supersport-Voice for a couple of years.) Joseph is also the guy in the TV-commercial who manages to drive a four-by-four out of a pool of quicksand after literally disappearing into it!! (Yes, he really did go under – 6 times!) This year he kicked off with his own QUEEN-show “don’t stop me now!” at venues across the country.

He will be performing Joseph Clark - QUEEN (presented by MASTER CARD and East Coast Radio) at the Playhouse Opera House in Durban on 17 & 18 September as a gala fund raiser for HIV-Aids-infected children of the St Mary’s Hospital. Fans in PE can look forward to seeing this show at the PE Opera house towards the end of November!
